You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any order that is placed as late as 7 P.M. Eastern, Mountain or Pacific times will ship the same day. All orders placed after 7 P.M. ships the following day.

We would be more than happy to send you a sample of any stocked product to ensure you are ordering the correct product or size. If you require a custom size of corrugated shipping box, we can make a sample of whatever size you may require and ship it to you for your approval.

Gifts are calculated per the total dollar spent. When that dollar amount is met, your order will automatically ship with that qualifying gift. Free Gifts are limited to (1) per order. You can however purchase additional gift items. Any prices discounted in conjunction with other catalog purchases may not be combined on the same order with other discounted prices to receive that discounted price. Packaging Suppliers of America reserves the right to substitute like products and gifts of equal or greater value subject to availability. Product prices discounted when meeting a certain dollar order are limited to (1) discounted price per order unless otherwise stated. Freight charges apply to all free gifts.

Every order that ships C.O.D on UPS or FEDEX will be charged a $8.50 fee now charged by these carriers for each shipment. If your order is charged to your credit card or you have a credit account established with Packaging Suppliers of America, this fee will not apply.

Any product ordered in your error and delivered on our trucks will require a $7.50 re-delivery charge, plus any restock charges that may apply. Orders will be delivered next day, unless otherwise requested. Orders that ship via UPS and FEDEX ground will ship the same day, plus any additional freight, packing charges and re-stocking fees where applicable.
